Steel structure building spherical mesh frame has the advantages of beautiful modelling and reasonable space stress, and is widely used in many large buildings. The construction process is as follows:
Before construction, it is necessary to study the design drawings in detail and master the structural characteristics and technical requirements of the net frame. Prepare special construction programme to determine the construction sequence, methods and quality and safety measures, and technical briefing for construction personnel. At the same time, prepare the steel pipe, ball nodes, high strength bolts and other materials to ensure that the quality of materials in line with the design and specification standards, and levelling of the construction site, set up a good scaffolding or operating platform, installation and commissioning of tower cranes, car cranes and other lifting equipment.
(1) Rod processing: according to the design length cutting steel pipe, cutting surface should be flat. Welded rods need to be processed bevel, bolt connection rods to ensure that the location and size of the bolt hole is accurate. After processing, rust removal and anticorrosion treatment of rods, such as painting antirust paint or galvanising.
(2) Ball node processing: Welding ball is pressed by steel plate, the diameter and roundness should be strictly controlled, and the quality of weld seam should be checked after welding. Bolt ball through mechanical processing, accurately drilling bolt holes to ensure that the hole position and angle deviation meet the requirements, after processing surface treatment to enhance corrosion resistance.
3.Mesh frame assembly
(1) Production of small splicing unit: the rods and ball nodes are spliced into small splicing units, such as triangles, quadrilaterals, etc., and the splicing tyres are used to ensure the accuracy. Check and correct the dimensions after completion to ensure compliance with the design.
(2) Assembling the middle splicing unit: further assemble the small splicing unit into the middle splicing unit on the ground, which can adopt the methods of flat installation, vertical splicing or overall lifting. When assembling, control the flatness, verticality and diagonal length deviation, and use temporary support to ensure stability.
(1) High-altitude bulk method: set up full-height scaffolding and operation platform, from one end of the net frame, individual rods or small and medium splicing units are assembled one by one in the high altitude design position. Strictly control the installation position of rods and bolt tightening torque to ensure the overall accuracy and stability.
(2) Block installation method: the ground will be divided into blocks of net frame, assembled into larger blocks with lifting equipment lifted to the high altitude installation. The size of the block depends on the lifting capacity and site conditions to determine the block of high-altitude welding or bolting to ensure the quality of the connection.
(3) Overall lifting method: After assembling the net frame on the ground as a whole, use hydraulic lifting equipment or winches to lift to the design height. Set up reliable lifting frame and guiding device to ensure smooth rise, real-time monitoring and control to prevent tilt shift.
5.Welding and bolting of net frame
(1) Welding: clean up the welded parts before welding, select suitable process parameters, professional welder operation. Control the quality of weld moulding to avoid defects, and carry out appearance and ultrasonic flaw inspection after welding.
(2) Bolt connection: Make sure the bolt specification and strength are in accordance with the design, and wear into the hole freely without forcible hammering. Tighten with torque spanner according to the specified torque, symmetrically from the middle to the surrounding, to ensure that the pre-tensioning force is uniform and consistent.
6.Acceptance and anticorrosion treatment of mesh frame
(1) Acceptance: Acceptance according to the specification standards, check the overall size deviation, positional deviation of rods, welds and bolts, etc., and rectify the unqualified places to be qualified.
(2) Anti-corrosion treatment: according to the design requirements, such as painting top coat, fireproof coating, coating uniformity, no leakage of the coating falling, the thickness of the standard, to improve the durability and fire performance.
