Synchronous control and deflection adjustment of the space frame structure

    The accuracy of the synchronization control of the high-altitude sliding steps of the space frame structure is one of the indicators to measure the sliding technology. It is required to maintain synchronization when slipping. When towing on both sides, the allowable non-synchronization value on both sides cannot be greater than 50mm; for large-span grids, a traction rope can be added to the middle of the span, and the three-points can pull the grid together. The allowable non-synchronization value between each traction point It should be calculated firstly.

    The simplest way to control synchronization is to draw a dimension line on the top surface of the beams on both sides of the grid, and report the slip distance while pulling it. This method has poor accuracy. When the synchronization requirements are relatively high, the angle-integrating machine synchronization indicating device can be used, and its accuracy can reach 1mm.

    Although the grid frame only bears its own weight during single sliding, its deflection is still larger than the overall grid frame. Before connecting new units, the deflection of the sliding unit grid frame should be adjusted, and then assembled and welded.
