The product employs a proprietary 12-step production process, including six grinding steps, ensuring that the fine aggregate reaches a mesh size of over 800; The emulsion uses a special blend of pure acrylic and silicone-acrylic emulsions with particle sizes less than 50 microns. During production, no more than 10% pure water is added for additive dilution (approaching 0% water addition). Before packaging, two filtration steps and one vacuum treatment are performed to ensure the finished product is free of impurities and has low bubble content. (1) Clean the base layer: Before performing waterproofing treatment on color-coated steel sheets, the roof base layer must be cleaned to ensure the surface is clean and flat.
(2) Detail node treatment: After completing base layer preparation, defects identified and overlaps between color-coated steel sheets are reinforced with a one-layer fabric and four coats of coating. Areas unsuitable for direct fabric application are first treated with weather-resistant adhesive before applying fabric reinforcement.
(3) Apply waterproof coating: After cleaning the substrate, apply the waterproof coating evenly according to the design specifications. Pay special attention to thoroughly coating and sealing the joints and edges of the tiles.
(4) Water test: The roof can be put into use after passing a water test or after rainfall.
When performing waterproofing construction, pay attention to weather conditions. Avoid conducting waterproofing construction during rainy or high-temperature weather to prevent affecting the performance of waterproofing materials and construction results.
After completing waterproofing construction, we need to regularly inspect and maintain the color-coated steel tile roof. Inspect whether the waterproofing layer is intact, and check for any damage or aging; clean debris and standing water from the roof.
