Large-span Steel Structure Logistics Warehouse Project

The structure of this logistics warehouse is steel structure + reinforced concrete frame structure and steel structure truss roof structure. The building has a basement level and consists of 9 units. Each unit is equipped with a small kitchen and toilet. When designing and producing, it is important to consider that the ground is inclined at 30 degrees, and the wind resistance level is designed to be 137km/h according to customer requirements. When installing roof truss beams with a span of 41 meters, two cranes need to be activated for simultaneous operation.

This project has a large span and large column spacing. Considering the difficulty of high structural component load requirements, our steel structure warehouse design and construction team specially designed lattice columns for the main column of the plant to strengthen the main body’s bearing capacity and ensure the safety of the entire steel structure plant. Using the deep prefabrication construction technology of steel structure, the steel structure components are prefabricated in its own factory, which greatly improves the installation efficiency. And relying on years of export loading and overseas construction experience, the components are safely delivered to the customer’s location in batches in an orderly manner, and engineers with strong skills and practical experience are assigned on-site guidance to achieve a seamless connection of technology, production and installation. The owner requested the delivery on time and the installation was completed.
