  1. The steel structure space frame arc -type steel beam is an important force rod piece of the roof structure. There are more orientation branches of the pole itself.   2. The H-shaped steel is 10-20mm thick because of the wings wide and the thickness of the plate. If the buried arc is automatically welded, the welding position is not easy to operate, and welding deformation is prone to occur. Therefore, the welding of this structure is the main point of this project.
  3. The column top support nodes are all pipe intensive structures. The accuracy of the cutting accuracy of the tube and the size of the size of the incision is to ensure the essence of intensive welding quality. Therefore, the penetration line of the steel pipe is the main point of this project.

Let’s talk about the technical methods for the construction of steel structure space frame for construction and manufacturing:

  1. Regarding the box -type steel beam, in order to prevent deformation from using horizontal welding and selecting reasonable welding processes, a symmetrical welding order is selected for welding.
  2. Regarding the wide -winged H -shaped steel, the welding of CO2 gas is selected for welding to reduce welding deformation to ensure its welding quality. The characteristic of CO2 welding is that the melting depth is large, the welding thermal affects the area small, the melting compress efficiency is high, and it is suitable for comprehensive welding. Production can complete automation/semi -automated, high welding quality, high production rate, and low cost.
  3. Cut on the cut -off of the penetration line to ensure its cut accuracy. Its process is to cut the feeding directly on the device after the computer models. Not only is the cutting accuracy high, but also fast.

 

The straight box columns and beams are cut with ESAB CNC to cut. Two rotating three -cut torch is chosen to cut it together to ensure that the two ends of the steel plate are equal with heat, and no sidelines and deformation occur. The accuracy of CNC control is as high as the above table, which is much higher than the requirements. The arc -shaped box beam first draws the arc on the steel plate, and then the semi -automatic trajectory is to cut the firing, which can satisfy the specification requirements.
