  1. After space frame is installed, we should pay attention to keep pace with disassembling scaffolds. Gradual disassembly in order to prevent partial deformation or partial grid deformation caused by stress concentration.
  2. After steel space frame is installed, the anti-rust paint should be painted in time. After the bolt ball space frame is installed, we should check whether the holes on the bolt ball are closed. Using putty to fill in the gap between the hole and the sleeve and paint to prevent water from penetrating and corroding the threads of balls and bars.
  3. After the steel space frame is installed, it should be protected and materials should not be stacked on it. If roof panels and purlins need to be installed, they should be scattered and stacked without overloading.
  4. After the steel space frame is installed, if purlins or roof panels need to be hoisted by a crane, they should be handled carefully. It is strictly forbidden to hit the space frame because it may cause deformation.

Adjustment and tightening of stainless steel space frame after processing.

  1. Using the high-altitude bulk method to install the space frame should check the quality of the space frame in time. We need to check the size and diagonal of the lower chord, check the size and diagonal of the upper chord, and check the vertical length, horizontal length and vector height of the space frame. The temporary fulcrums can be adjusted before they are removed.
  2. Checking the overall deflection of the space frame. The deflection value can be controlled by adjusting the size of the upper and lower chords.
  3. In the installation process of the space frame, the sinking situation of temporary fulcrums should be checked in time. If it happened, the space frame should be reinforced in time to prevent it from falling.
  4. After the space frame is checked and adjusted, its high-strength bolts should be re-tightened.
  5. After the high-strength bolts of the space frame are tightened, the small jack bolts on the sleeve should be tightened and locked.
