The space frame structure can be called a spherical space frame or a bolt ball space frame. The space frame structure is more suitable for use in large-span spaces; the safety control of the frame structure implements the following quality controls.

The material must meet the design requirements.
The designed spherical space framemust conform to the corresponding norms and standards.
Quality control of the assembling process.
The unidirectional axial tensile and compressive bearing capacity test of the ball joint and the strong requirements of the base material.
The bolt ball joint is tested for tensile strength on the thread of the largest bolt hole of the finished ball.
The installation of the space frame should be the first to control the construction and installation plan, and have a practical grasp.
The reference axis and the elevation of the top of the column must conform to the design and standards.
Focus on controlling the deflection value of the space frameunder its own weight and load. The average deflection value of the measuring point shall not be greater than 1,15 times the design value.
