It runs through the entire construction process and is one of the key technical tasks of steel structure construction. Therefore, measurement control is a key process to ensure the quality of the steel structure and the progress of the project. So how to install controlling steel structure construction measurement?

  1. Responsible for all construction measurement and release work required for engineering construction, and the measurement control work in the installation process of steel structure, and cooperate with the auxiliary work and all convenient conditions for the measurement and inspection of the supervision engineer.
  2. Before the project begins, the elevation and coordinates of the existing quasi -point and measurement point are provided by the bus. If there is a problem with the information provided by the general contractor, it is necessary to report to the supervisor engineer within 5 days after the owner provided the information.
  3. After accepting the measurement benchmark point provided by the general contractor, the measurement accuracy of the benchmark point (line) should be measured at the school, and the accuracy of the data and data of the benchmark point should be reviewed.
  4. Based on the measurement reference point (line) provided by the general contractor, set the control network for the project in accordance with the national surveying and mapping standards and the construction accuracy requirements of this project. And within 7 days after receiving the start notice, the construction control network data is submitted to the supervision engineer for approval.
  5. The piles of the construction baseline, positioning point, control point, and construction reference point must be checked after measurement. The accuracy of the measurement and positioning point must meet the relevant regulations.
  6. Responsible for protecting the measurement of the benchmark point, the benchmark line and the level point, and the additional control outlets, and provide the roads and protective railing of the outlet. The lack and damage to the measuring outlets should be repaired.
  7. After the steel structure is installed, when the node deformation data of the steel structure is measured at the same time as the basis for controlling the data, it should be appropriately modified if necessary.
